Michael Heizer’s City is a massive artwork located in the Nevada desert; when complete, it will be one of the largest sculptures in the history of the world. Heizer began the work in 1972 and it will open to the public in 2020.

How one obtain details on visiting City in 2020?

This article in the *New Yorker* says that “Michael Govan, the director of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, says that the site, which LACMA will help to administer, will admit its first visitors from the general public in 2020” — but I haven’t been able to find out more information. Maybe call LACMA? https://www.newyorker.com/magazine/2016/08/29/michael-heizers-city
